The Crop Loss Survey (CLS) app enables field agents to capture geotagged photos, signatures, and details, ensuring transparent and reliable survey reports.
After selecting New CLS, the token list appears. To navigate to the location, click Get Started and follow the map. Once you arrive at the exact spot, click Start Survey. A "Reached Location" pop-up confirms you are at the correct location. If not, a "Didn't Reach Location" pop-up appears.
All sections in the New CLS, including Farmer Details, CLS Details, Photos, Signatures, and Plot Location, must be completed and submitted. All survey details can be filled offline.
A field agent must visit the field with the farmer and upload photos featuring the farmer, field, affected crop, and government officer (if present).
You must capture a selfie with the farmer, field agent, and government officer while taking signatures. The signature won’t be saved without the selfie.
All receipts can be downloaded from the completed forms.
